I completely understand the frustration. If you just drop a ticket in the online portal and wait, the bureaucracy will drag. ​But here is the difference: we didn't just file online. We filed with BOTH the NCC and FCCPC simultaneously, and then physically marched into their Abuja headquarters with a flash drive of our digital evidence. The NCC queried them the exact same morning. ​Also, if your FCCPC ticket has been ignored for a month, that is actually a legal advantage! Your statutory pre-litigation waiting period has officially expired. You now have the legal right to take that tracking number and file your case directly with the CCPT Tribunal. ​Don't let your ticket die in the portal. Print your evidence, print that tracking number, and escalate it to the Tribunal! We have to force the system to work. ⚖️🇳🇬 #OCCUPYMTN

The scam MTN is running on Nigerians with data is unacceptable. Imagine if MTN were owned by a Nigerian: South Africans wouldn’t tolerate such a scam. @MTNNG I started chatting with them from 14 march, until 19th, issue still not resolved. This is after several calls and promises that it was a glitch. This has been one of the bad experiences i am having with @MTNNG @NERCNG @fccpcnigeria

I went to this hospital at Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja Lagos I wanted to see the gynecologist. I paid for registration, 23,766 Paid for consultation, 119,000 Paid for tests close to 350k (it was about three hundred and forty something) Minus my T.fare o Now after close to a month, my results are ready. Oya o, tell me what the tests says. NO, I HAVE TO PAY 64,000 FIRST before the gynecologist can interpret what my tests says. I almost lost it with them! They said it's the policy. And frankly i don't have 64k to pay for tests interpretation. I told them to send the results to my mail. I'm so heartbroken and disappointed.
