@Checkatrade Are reviews anonymous? I want to leave a review for a company that came to our house today for a quote, and ended up damaging my loft flooring and ripping roof liner to make damage seem worse than it was - but they have my address so don't want them to come back.

@Checkatrade cannot trust anything about your platform when you have traders who lie, overcharge, don't do work they say they'll do, create problems that don't exist, and send fake footage of supposed work. Complaint coming and all charges being disputed through credit card

@Karonabanks When entering a contract, members agree to a 12 month contract. Should members opt to cancel at 6 months for example, they are liable for the remainder of the contract, much the same as a mobile phone contract. Checkatrade Team

@Checkatrade - they charge a whole year if you want to cancel. Whilst it’s all in the contract - I still don’t believe it’s fair!!! You should be able to cancel without such extortionate penalties, especially if things change in your business!!
