@CoachBeaumont Comprehensive reading skills aren’t your thing. We’re using TROs on a player that’s ineligible to play college sports. This shouldn’t be this hard to understand.

I think most lawyers will tell you it would be bad to essentially do away with TROs (which is what you’re suggesting — a TRO that allows you to be retroactively punished for doing what the court allows isn’t a remedy at all) because it’s “bad for college sports.” My interpretation isn’t extreme — it’s the legal norm (which the NCAA president recognized).
