I wouldn't think that he's talking about a different Greg, that's for sure. If your friend tells you, yeah I was with 5'10, red haired Greg who drives the BMW 5 series, he's obviously talking about the Greg I know.. he might be lying about Greg, but there's no other Greg who fits that description. Just like there is no other Abraham, Moses, Noah, Jesus or Job who fit that description.. you can say Muslims are lying about God or that they got it wrong, but you just can't say it's a different God.

I cant reconsile a made up version of someone being atributed to the real, yes they are different because Alexander wasn't a vampire (as far as we can verify). You can think Nixon was the tooth fairy. But that doesnt make him the tooth fairy. The problem is when people say he was the tooth fairy when he aint.

Different ideology, sure. But its the same God. Would the African vampire version of Alexander the Great be a different person than the Alexander we know? If I say I think George Washington is an alien, does that mean I'm not talking about the US founding father? Your argument is illogical.

No im saying the Jesus written about in later texts is based of the Christian Jesus, but its not the same Jesus. So either there were two guys called Jesus with really similar stories, or some one is telling porky pies. For example if you witnessed your buddy greg jump in the pool get hurt and go to hospital, then the following week a friend tells you they were with greg last week at a pool and had an awesome time. You would think something is not right?

@Calamondins1 @ChristianPali_ @menavisualss Im only attempting to raise awareness to the fact that Islam is a different ideology to Christianity and we serve a different God. For those out there who might be confused as to why it says Allah on a crucifix.

Put it this way- if you found out that some tribe in Africa are saying that Alexander the Great was a vampire and flew around at night, but its still the same Macedonian dude who conquered Persia and half the world... you might say they're wrong about that, but you can't just say they're talking about a different person..

My argument is not that these characters dont exisit in the scriptures or not even that they aren't based on the same people. My argument is this, the Isa of the Quran is not the same Jesus as my Jesus of Nazareth. Or to use the direct example of the beautiful arabian cross, the God (Allah) of Christianity is not the God (Allah) of Islam. Because you had to bring the Jews into it, yes the Yahweh of the OT is the Yahweh of the NT. Many of them rejected their God when they rejected His Son. So now like Islam they serve a different god.

What is obviously wrong is that Muslims don't worship the same god that Jews and Christians do.. they disagree on the nature of that God, sure, but that doesn't mean its not the same one. Jews don't even believe in Jesus. I mean, are you saying that the Muslim Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Aaron, Jacob, Joseph, Adam, Noah, Miriam, Isaac, Job, and many others are not the same people as their Christian counterparts, despite having the exact same names and same stories? Is that really your argument?
