Takes them 1-2 days to get to their villages and 1-2 days back. And with these petrol prices, it costs them a fortune. A 10 day trip is hardly a luxurious retreat at a spa. They're paid nothing and they can afford nothing but we expect them to work as if they're corporate execs.
