What is with the lounge staff at @Amtrak Union Station? Bunch of unpleasant people who are supposed to be in customer service but have terrible attitude. Plus you prices went up and your services went down.

Idk what maps app @Uber is using but I’m STILL in an uber that was supposed to have dropped me off 28 minutes ago. I hope they don’t charge ME for bad directions + the driver taking several wrong turns. 🤬

#RHOA feels too much like a full reboot to me. I know we still have Porsha, Phaedra and Cynthia but the show is missing a power player or two from the past. I think next season needs NeNe or Kenya with Kandi or Sheree in the mix too.

@Amtrak is on BS again. I have coupons that expired today March 1 and when I went to book a trip it’s saying that the coupon is expired. Make that make sense. The day ain’t over

@Amtrak Amtrak site says that you’re open til 11 PM EST. I call the number that you directed me to & it says guest rewards is closed. So you all have cheated me out of two coupons that I EARNED. I’ll call tomorrow, but this is a time date stamp.
