Wrong on the price and the bigger picture. National average is ~$4.09–$4.16 right now — not “double” anything recent. It was $2.39 when Trump left office and over $5 under Biden. More importantly, defeating radical Islamic ideology (the actual death cult) would do far more for long-term stability and lower energy prices than partisan gas price whining ever will.
