I always wonder if they are unaware of the existence of colleges, or if there are some strange reasons why they don't seem to care about us.

But it was our members engaging in the #PayUp24 campaign and through our indicative ballot (90% Yes to strike for fully funded above inflation award) that moved the "independent" review body.
