classpass is trash!! @classpass Paid IDR 589K, credits still there, but account blocked with “update payment method” error. Billing details won’t stick—keeps resetting on app & web. Bank confirmed no issue, payment successful. Money taken, service unusable. Fix this ASAP.

@classpass Showed up for a booked appointment through ClassPass provider didn’t show. Lost 28 credits. Spent weeks w/ support to get only a partial refund. Was told I’d need to pay for a new subscription to recover the rest. Service not rendered, Poor customer experience.

One of the nicest things I have done for myself this year is to get a @classpass membership. I get to do Yoga once a week, Lagree, and even get a massage sometimes when I have enough credit. Totally worth it!

Booked a month usage through @classpass - went today and the gym is gross, mouldy, showers not working. Asked for a return of credits and classpass say even though they don’t actually check venues are of any standard it’s impossible to return my credits to use at another gym

I’ve had a very terrible experience with @classpass- I drove 2 hours for an appt. to a salon that did not exist, I wanted to change my account to a lite subscription but got charged the full amount, and now I’ve spent the past week booking a massage that keeps getting deleted.
