A warning to anyone considering @classpass, I did a trial many months ago, and I just realized they've been billing my credit card since -- I'm not even in the country and never used a credit, but they refuse to reimburse me, telling me to cancel my subscription.

@classpass Switched from a regular plan to a “corporate rate” on ClassPass because it’s supposedly cheaper. Then my friends kept saying they were booking the same classes for fewer credits. So I checked.Same class. Same time. Same studio. Them: 5 credits Me: 7–10 credits

@classpass shame on you! I miscarried a baby and you can’t refund my last minute cancel because I’m in the hospital. Your only option is for me to lose all my credits and you cancel my membership! I’ve been a customer for 3 years and have referred so many friends!

@classpass, for the record your live agent hung up on the chat on me. i booked, arrived onsite, but provider couldn’t retrieve my reservation. my repeated attempts onsite all failed even with the provider’s assistance. my request for inconvenience was promptly denied.
