@classpass @Verizon No thank you. The classes that were listed available and worth the drive were completely booked up weeks in advance. Several of the very slim amount of gyms listed were no longer on classpass. Massive deception!!!

Literally taking my account off private so I can rant about @classpass and how inept their seemingly entirely offshore customer service team now is. Multiple follow ups with no response regarding appointments that businesses haven’t honored but took credits for. @CaliforniaDCA !!

@ClassPass is a fraud. Chat offered a waived fee for an instructor change, but still charged me. Worse, the studio’s cancellation fee listed on your app is $15 i was charged $29. Your agent claims it’s "policy" to hide fees & charge double? So misleading & unfair.
