Only been to Philly once in 2005 so I’m sure plenty could have changed since then.. I think I got a good sense of the whole experience having stayed in a hotel downtown but then also rode the train to get to the old Wachovia center to see a Jay-Z concert and also took a drive down south street etc. and even made it out to Kensington.. every city got its hoods but even outside of the hood one thing I will say about Philly is even the white people are rough around the edges lol.. like they don’t fuck around and like to fight.. kind of like the reputation the southside Irish have here in Chicago
