@carlluis3 There was a gastrointestinal doctor that was teaching his students to ignore these tiny holes in the intestines for decades. Recently they found out those holes are what cancer cells use to travel through the body. The doctor said "what else have I missed by being an expert?"

@CoachKyleZ @DeanTTraining The other day I walked by a bakery. Outside sat an overweight dude with a coffee and 2 pieces of pastry. Because I track I could estimate this "small snack" at somewhere around 800 kcal. Any bet he had no idea - and then wonders where all the weight comes from.

Build some muscle and get this lean (or more) at least one time in your life. Pretty hard - Builds character. Haven't met someone who has accomplished this and is a complete screw-up. Highly recommend.

If you’re pressed for time, drop sets are a great way to accumulate some productive training volume while limiting time spent in the gym If you’re NOT pressed for time, there are zero reasons to do drop sets over straight sets I hope this helps! 🤝🙏🏻

#debby moving along as expected this morning but it’s the unexpected early next week that has us concerned with VERY HEAVY RAINFALL. Even the NHC forecast has 20” near Savannah, GA and the low country of SC. That may not be exactly where it happens, but the scary part is the potential is there.
