Quite literally the only scenario that I can imagine that would justify this and make him not a POS here: Doc's marriage is nonmonogamous and he didn't know the person was a minor. That's literally it. Considering how he admitted years ago that he cheated on his wife AND doesn't elaborate here that he didn't know the person was a minor, I highly doubt that scenario is true. The two-time is two-timing.
