@FedExHelp I've called support multiple times and was supposed to get a call back but did not. 284396519141 in particular seems to be lost forever and the company who sent it says they will not get a refund from you for the $800 of product that you lost.

@bellwak We're better at fixing and selling bikes than prognostication, but it doesn't look great at least for this year. It's getting better for some repair parts, but bikes remain low. 3 years is the longest prediction I've heard so far, but too many factors to make an educated guess.
