@UN_Enable Hello - the theme for IDPD this year is "Amplifying the leadership of persons with disabilities for an inclusive and sustainable future." But what/who does that 'leadership' refer to? Genuine question, as people have asked me and I simply do not know.

@adamauden Um, if they are a winner, I'll try to put them on the blog. I do have a very tatty notebook in the kitchen, and I've got my All The Time recipes in there. The no knead bread, olive oil cookies, things that I make a lot.

@Cookwitch I don’t know if you have shared this anywhere before, but what do you do to manage recipes you have found and adapted or written yourself? Notebook, bookmarks with notes, some sort of app? Trying to figure out where to start with all my disparate sources.

@MikScarlet I have one coming up. In my first one, I was so asleep the nurse thought I'd died and they panicked, as they couldn't detect any movement. I don't fall asleep now as I'm bigger, and hit the sides.

Back from an MRI. Yet again I was alseep straight away & had to be woken up at the end. Why do I sleep so firmly in something so noisy? I would record it but no phones allowed. Not sure I can afford a second hand MRI as a bed. 😂

@MirandaKeeling My most enjoyable NYE was indoors on my own, with the fireworks outside AND on the TV, with a very good hot chocolate and a box of Thornton's finest. The neighbours all came out to bang pots & pans at midnight, then we all went back in. Fab night!

@valkyriekaren @BootstrapCook It's dead easy. :) This is how I do it when I am being BLEURGH. Chicken stock or veg, of course. Homemade with chicky bits in, or just a good old cube. 1 lemon, juiced Rice of choice 2 eggs Cook 1/2 cup rice in the stock until done. Whisk beaten eggs with lemon 1/2

Hello peeps, time ago I was diagnosed with dollar serious crappy illness. Gots so bad I tried to bail out a couple of times. I wanted to talk to people here but felt unable. Have had some surgery's and honestly it has been a lengthy and excruciating recovery. Ive missed ya'll.
