@Nedbank It’s the protocols you refer to which are precisely the issue... and yes I know the full story and have spoken to a regional manager, hence resorting to social media to warn others of becoming victim to protocols!

Update: it’s now been over 6 weeks and @TAKEALOT still haven’t resolved this. At least once this is resolved I’ll never have to deal@with them again but my word it’s been a nightmare. Couldn’t recommend avoiding them enough!
