Authorities confirm that two drones fell in the vicinity of Dubai International Airport (DXB) a short while ago, resulting in minor injuries to two Ghanaian nationals and one Bangladeshi national, and moderate injuries to one Indian national. Air traffic is operating as normal.

We have partially resumed operations from today, 7 March, with some flights operating out of DXB and DWC. Please do not travel to the airport unless you have been contacted by your airline that your flight is confirmed, as schedules continue to change.

For the safety of passengers, airport staff, and airline crew, operations at Dubai International (DXB) have been temporarily suspended. All procedures are being managed in line with established safety protocols.

Over the past 84 hours, more than 1,140 flights have been facilitated at @DXB and DWC to help travellers return home. During the period 2nd-5th March, more than 500 flights have departed DXB and DWC, providing 105,000 outbound seats to more than 80 countries and the number continues to increase dramatically every day. We are adding more and more flights to our schedule every day. Please continue to check the status of your flight with your airline.

Due to ongoing flight disruptions, our Customer Care teams are experiencing exceptionally high volumes. We're working to resolve all enquiries as quickly as possible.
