Quit an outsource anime studio a while back cuz their pay was ridiculous for their work load of 40 cuts/month with $455 salary 💀 the jp manager is a pro AI dude and even told me if I don’t work hard enough AI will replace me (I was working as 2nd key animator at the time) So yeah, I’m not surprised some anime studios start using AI from now on tbh cuz they’d take a machine that don’t delay, don’t get sick and don’t have to pay than their human workers any day 🤷

One Piece alone would be 19,958,400 images worth of data to train on for Toei.
