A new paper in @PNASNews describes the EMBER imaging method developed by the @DeGradoLab and the Condello Lab at @INDUCSF. EMBER is used to identify amyloid strains in human brains with different neurodegenerative diseases. pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pn…

Thrilled to announce that I will be joining the faculty @uncchemistry as an assistant professor in January 2023! My lab will use protein design to tackle questions of channel/transporter structure and function and probe key protein-protein interactions in immunology.
