Getting the account taken off Roblox was the first step, but now I’m stuck. I’ve filed a case with NCMEC, spoke with an investigator, but never heard anything back. My problem is I am unable to provide information of where this user is from and I don’t have a recent photo of what they actually look like. I don’t know how to track this person down, and the fact they are in hiding I don’t know how to locate their recent accounts. Does anyone have any recommendations how I can move forward?

@haizoopRBLX @DevSwole For me I had just pulled an all nighter so it was extremely inconvenient as I was pretty tired. The ones that met with me weren't visibly armed or masked, they looked more like social workers. They were also surprisingly friendly, but it could be different by region.

@haizoopRBLX @CAUTI0NED If they need to contact you they will do so over phone or email. They will NEVER show up at your house in-person randomly, let alone unannounced. Especially in regards to the cyber crimes divisions of any federal agency.
