Viva Energy in Corio, near Geelong, is one of Australia’s last two oil refineries, and the blaze which engulfed it comes amid a global fuel crisis. @Mediocratiz @dgusto81 @DavidZita1 @FOXFOOTY I'm sure that will probably be the basis of an appeal. You can't possibly argue that on the "balance of probabilities" one bloke heard something where two others didn't. There is room for error here which rules out any balance of probabilities.

Zak claims he didn't say it, Wines corroborates that.
Foot claims he heard what he said, and the mics didn't pick anything up.
So balance of probabilities suggests that nobody is lying just a misunderstanding

Very uncomfortable with the Zac Butters case as should most people. Imagine your employer where you work taking the word of someone above you who leveled accusations against you in a she said he said case. That isn't evidence, it shouldn't be evidence. If it isn't clear go away.
