Not that anyone cares but I just ran my fastest mile in over a decade. Two weeks apart and making major gains in my cardio. So much easier to run after shedding 3-5lbs. My goal for July is to hit a sub 8 minute mile. 1st image is today’s run. 2nd image is from two weeks ago. Two mile runs during summer time is a great way to shed that fat. You will never convince me that my peptides aren’t working. Ever.

The best thing about my stack is it requires no thinking. I take GLP and MT2. Then three days later-ish when I start feeling snacky I do it again. Literally that’s it. Titration is handled by how snacky I feel. Very snacky ⬆️ little snacky ⬇️

@DisclosedLabs There is no mention of “B/A grade” anywhere on that methodology page. It explains A/B/C/D/F vendor grades, but not “B/A grade.” So what exactly does that term mean, and why is it being used to exclude cheaper vendors with COAs?
