Since starting Reta I’ve become much more compassionate to obese people. I fell into the trap previously of “they are lazy and should learn to work out and have discipline like me”. Reta showed me that even I have compulsive thoughts beyond my control that caused me to want to snack. And i had a 4-pack prior to Reta (6 pack with good lighting lol). I can only imagine how much the innate thought patterns in obese people must affect their ability to cut calories. I am now able to see beyond people’s fat, and envision a life for them where they have shed the weight. Allowing their jawlines to show and their joints to have less of a burden. Insulin sensitivity improved. A clear mind. So much more. If dosing is managed appropriately and someone doesn’t have a contraindication…these are miracle drugs. Check with your doctor.

I just made a rookie mistake with peptides. Any guesses? Not engagement bait, just wasted a little money

I’ve lost 70+ lbs in 5 months and have been off booze for the same amount of time. This is the longest I’ve gone without drinking since I was 17. I feel amazing. I used to pound a 1.5l bottle of Rye Bourbon every 4-5 days. Nothing but water and coffee now. Reta is a miracle drug.

Da3 of Elite’s Nostridamus. 4 sprays again. It’s very noticeable and objectively my coffee intake is down 50%. Would be down 75% but I still like my preworkout caffeine… Today I threw a curveball and pinned 600mcg Selank. Can’t say I noticed a lot right after. I was hopeful but I’d be lying if I felt some noticeable effect. Overall though I just feel good most of the time right now. Seem to have everything dialed in pretty good. Keep forgetting to get my labs done…maybe tomorrow. Pinned Reta tonight so energy should be good from that also.

Day 2 of Nostridamus, first day of 4 sprays. More noticeable onset and despite larger dose did not have the heart racing feeling from yesterday (that was probably unrelated). Focus felt boosted and I felt no need to have coffee until after 10:30. Rare for me. Cant say I felt a sense of calm rush over me…then again I’m typically pretty calm. So far not a Limitless drug but maybe I keep dosemaxxing til gigabrain?

Lots of people struggle with gastrointestinal side effects when they start a GLP-1. But most people don't need to. If you titrate slowly enough, side effects mostly disappear, even though the drug keeps working for weight loss. Eli Lilly showed this with tirzepatide.

Day 1 of Elite’s Nostridamus nasal spray of Selank, Semax, and Dihexa: Took it easy with the first dose (typical low and slow for me). I don’t like making rush judgments on peptide effects because so much is dependent upon sleep quality, prior mood and activity level. Last night’s sleep was the best I have had all week. With all that in mind, plus the general placebo effect that can happen anyone you are hopeful something works, I did notice a boost in alertness. I did the spray prior to coffee and within 30 minutes I would say it felt like I had indeed drunk my coffee. Two sprays this morning, may bump to 3 tomorrow. I’ll try out my subq Selank/Semax later this week to compare.

@kalospepgod Interesting. Is the freezer potentially bad for just BAC water, or all peptides in general?

I think the Tesa is really kicking in. Gained about 6-8 pounds in a matter of 3 weeks. (Probably some water retention but cant tell) Tesamorelin Protocol: - 1mg before bed fasted for 2 hours Supporting factors: - 3000 cals per day of whole foods - Over 200 grams of protein per day - Electrolytes and Celtic Sea Salt - Push Pull Legs + Hot Yoga Side effects: - First night was the best sleep ever, but for about 2 weeks I switched to mornings because it actually destroyed sleep for a bit. - Definitely noticing a bit of acne which may be stress related. Although, elevated IGF-1 can lead to acne so it makes sense. - When I first started, I had a boys trip and had about 20 surf sides. My feet were literally swollen like balloons! I assumed it was from the Tesa as that never happened before 🤣 Any questions about my experience, let me know! -ThePepGuy

Was just talking to @_9th_Life_ about social media and websites and we started talking about working out when you lead a busy life... we both believe in efficient workouts... and he used the term microdosing workouts. Man, I was pissed I didn't think of it. That's exactly it. Microdosing your workouts... 30 minutes a day for decades is better than 1 1/2 workouts you will quite in 6-months. Great dude.

@kalospepgod My guess you either left your peptides in the heat or outside of temp control or you forgot how much BAC water you used to reconstitute a peptide and dont know the dose now. 👀

@BTCMinimalist42 Potentially a myth…though it is an easy “best practice” technique to do regardless. I wouldnt throw out a vial if that happened
