Be honest, have you ever bought sunglasses in traffic or at a bus stop? Many don’t know, it’s similar to buying fake medications sold on the roadside. Watch this video to learn something new.

The first time, I suggested for my husband to go into riding of Keke since there's nothing left for us, my little salary then could not sustain us anymore, some nights we go to bed without food in our stomach, The elder sister found out about it and was very angry with me that why wil I even bring up such suggestion at first, Me: Aunty I'm tired please, what do you expect me to do?, nothing is left for us, the kids are sleeping hungry this days, how much have you ever assisted us with? Her: so u now want him to be riding Keke in that Lagos road , so there's nothing else you can think of?, let him come back to the village, Me: which village? come back to the village and do what exactly? My husband will not come back and live in that village just like that , unless I'm no longer his wife, I ended the call out of anger, I cried my eyes out that night . When I told him about what his sister said, he wasn't happy with the entire conversation , he said I shouldn't have been wasting my time talking to her, That night we discussed about how we will be able to raise money for the Keke, we suggested borrowing from my company , to be deducting it from my salary, Some people will just want to give advice and stop your little effort with out helping at all, I pray that one day, everything will fall back to normal that my husband won't have to ride Keke anymore 🙏🙏

Distinguished @DrJoeAbah, Is there a pathway for citizens to advocate police reform. Specifically to promote a shift toward less aggressive visible weaponry, such as limiting use of rifles, while prioritizing sidearms and mandating the use of body cameras for accountability?

We are back from Zone 2, Onikan, Lagos, after honouring police invitation based on a petition by the author and publisher of the controversial textbook, Mr. Ayengbe Ebhohimen JB. On Tuesday, 28th April, 2026, I wrote to the AIG in charge of Zone 2 informing him that I’ll be coming with my client today by 1:00 PM. We arrived Zone 2 Command before the stated time and met with officers assigned to investigate the petition written by the author wherein he is alleging “conspiracy”, “criminal defamation”, “offensive publication” and “cyberstalking”. These allegations are utterly baseless and irritating to us. After giving her statement to the police, we met with the AIG in charge of the Zone, AIG Moshood Jimoh. My client, in her written statement and during our meeting with the AIG, reiterated her objection to the obnoxious passage on page 75 of the book which encourages violence and animal cruelty, she also plainly repudiated the concocted allegations against her. At the meeting, we submitted a copy of the book and the preliminary statement made by the Lagos State Government declaring that the said book was not approved by the government for use in schools. After spending more than three hours at Zone 2 Police Command, I departed the Zone with colleagues in chambers and my client, Mrs. Maryqueen Udoka. My client has reunited with her family. However, the complainant failed to show up. We have been asked to return to the Command on Friday, 7th May, 2026 when the author/complainant is expected to be present. Thank you.

CONTROVERSIAL NURSERY SCHOOL BOOK: WE WILL REPORT AT ZONE 2 POLICE COMMAND TODAY Following the invitation and harassment of our Client, Mrs. Udoka, Mary Queen, by the Zone 2 Police Command, Onikan, Lagos, it pertinent to disclose that we will be going to the police command today, Thursday, 30th April, 2026. We will be reporting with our Client as law abiding citizens and out of respect for the institution of the @PoliceNG, not because we believe that Mary Queen committed any crime or that there’s a basis for the involvement of the police in this matter. However, we want to be clear that Ayengbe Ebhohimen JB, the author of the textbook, who has instigated the police against our client, will have to justify his actions. We are hoping that the officers at Zone 2 Police Command will be able to explain to us what their business is with this matter. It is also hoped that they will respect the fundamental rights of our Client and keep the interaction professional. Thank you.

PLEASE SHARE!!!! Popular Nigerian activist Justice Crack, born Mark Chidiebere Justice, has been declared missing after exposing the killing of a 24-year-old NYSC Corper in Abuja, allegedly by men of the Nigerian Military. He was last seen around noon on Tuesday, April 28, at the NAOWA Shopping Complex in Asokoro, Abuja. Since then, his phone has been switched off, and all attempts to reach him have failed. The alarm was first raised by his wife, with fellow activists, including Mr. Commonsense and Official Gana, urging the public to assist with any information that could lead to his whereabouts.

The day I was Deported from Japan- Pt 1 Right after my university final exams, I initially never wanted to go for NYSC. Instead, I pursued a visa through an agent, I secured a Japanese visa and shared the news with my family. They stood firmly behind me. My elder brother, TJ, our firstborn, an American citizen, He believed deeply in me. He sponsored the trip and paid for everything. I remain forever grateful to him. God bless you my lovely brother. From as early as age 13, since I have been aware of my environment and political conscious, I have had the dream to live some part of my life abroad and one day hold dual citizenship. I didn’t know how it would happen, but I believed it strongly and backed it with faith, prayer, fasting and determination. Looking back now, I realize nothing happening today is accidental. It was always part of a bigger plan. In November 2009, I left Nigeria and arrived at Tokyo Narita Airport. That moment changed everything. The immigration officer decided I did not have a genuine reason to enter Japan. They believed I wouldn’t return to Nigeria if allowed in and truthfully, they were right. I had no intention of going back. I pleaded. I cried. But it didn’t matter. I was detained in a deportation room inside the airport for over a day and then put me on a return flight, like a criminal. It remains the most humiliating and heartbreaking experience of my life. I managed to call home and inform my Dad, when my mom heard the news, she was so shocked that she fell while climbing the stairs and broke her leg. I returned to Nigeria, back to the trenches of Ejigbo, Lagos. Broken. Depressed. Frustrated. Some days, I locked myself indoors and cried endlessly. Other days, I took sleeping pills and stayed asleep for two days straight. I battled Post traumatic stress disorder- PTSD But God had a different plan. This week, 16 years later I returned to the same Japan, not with the passport I was deported with but with a different one. A Canadian passport that allows me to enter Japan without even needing a visa. I’m sharing this to remind someone! Your current situation. Good or bad is not permanent. Life can change in an instant. If you’re doing well today, stay humble. Don’t look down on others. Life has a way of turning things around. If you’re struggling, hold on. That thing you’re chasing might not even be what’s best for you. Sometimes, where you are right now is where God is protecting you for a greater purpose. I planned to migrate illegally to Japan. But God rerouted my path, kept me back, helped me build a family, if I was successful with Japan in the first try I might not have married my wife and have the beautiful children I had today. 3 years after, God opened doors for me to travel legally to the U.S. and later Canada, and eventually granted me citizenship. Today, that same citizenship gives me access to over 180 countries of the world visa free including Japan. God always has a purpose. To anyone reading this, May your path align with your purpose. May everything you are praying for come to pass at the right time. Yusuf baba tunde

Dear @ArikAirlineNg It is deeply unfair that Arik Air cancelled my family’s flights since February, collected every document requested for refund processing, promised completion within 14 days, and till today, about ₦2 million has not been refunded, SINCE FEBRUARY! The most painful part is the silence. Calls and Emails are no longer being answered. Nigerians are tired of being treated like our hard-earned money means nothing. Please refund our money. cc: @NigeriaCAA
