People without assets are getting wiped out. Look at the calculation below. This guy bought a property in Adelaide for $1.5m recently. 6 years ago that same property was $750,000! So prices have doubled. The cash required to get in is up $200k. And the mortgage repayment is over 300% more… If you own assets,you ride the wave. If you don't, you're getting absolutely wiped out. #ausbiz #auspol
