Senator Lee and others have refuted every argument and advanced cogent, common sense, and well-reasoned arguments relying on the text of the bill and facts. However, not one has addressed how any of this will translate to the needed votes. I have repeatedly asked and the question has been avoided or ignored. Is this an exercise in futility if the vote tallies never change?
