@lufthansa hallo, my flight on 13th March from FRA to LHR was cancelled due to pilot strike. The alternative would result in 4+hours. I wrote to Lufthansa via online form asking for a refund ( no one available by phone from 11 -13th march) and have heard nothing. Pls. Investigate
