@StarbucksUK really disappointed that after purchasing a gift card for someone's birthday, the same store I purchased it from can't use the gift card (Asda, Lancaster) and he had to spend his own money. Really let down!

@EllisNutt Hey Ellis Hope you are keeping well, in relation to the Junior ISA The Junior ISA has to be opened by a parent or legal guardian, but anyone can make a subscription up to the annual limit, for example: parents, grandparents, friends and relatives.😊 Hope this helps. Mike

@NatWest_Help RE a Junior ISA, I am setting one up currently and I'm just wondering, can another individual send money into a junior ISA (a gift on birthdays/Christmas per say) via Bacs/transfer etc?

@NatWest_Help I need to cancel/block a regular payment from my account. It isn't a direct debit/standing order as the card gets charged directly. The business has gone AWOL and service isn't being received but I have no way of contacting them to confirm to not charge my card.

@TalkTalk I do not understand, which is it? Our internet stability has been absolutely shocking since you told us fibre was now available. Really not happy to be held over a barrel to have to upgrade, then have to pay an uplifted setup cost on top of this

@EllisNutt Hi Ellis, for most change or personal details we can do this online however if she is wanting to change her name she will need to go into any RBS/NatWest branch with her debit card and proof of the name change i.e passport or marriage cert. - Jacob
