We had the pleasure to support dancers from across the tango community who came together for classes, workshops, and milongas led by international maestros Rui Barroso and Magdalena Gutierrez, in an atmosphere full of music, connection, and shared passion.

South Africa’s efforts to deepen agricultural ties with folks in South America are an excellent move. The South American region, particularly Argentina and Brazil, is a powerhouse of agricultural producers. Therefore, building a stronger relationship with them, sharing knowledge and expertise, and fostering cooperation on new agricultural technologies are important steps that we must nurture in this sector. And yes, Brazil does export some of its chicken to South Africa (something we must look at in the future as we work to improve our own domestic poultry industry). Still, @jsteenhuisen’s visit to Argentina and Brazil, and the private sector's involvement, particularly in securing key commitments on foot-and-mouth disease vaccine supply, are important steps. The South American region is a key partner in our agricultural journey. The Asian region, Middle East, EU, UK, Australia, rest of Africa, and Americas are some of the important partners for knowledge and technology supply and exports growth.
