@SwellRN Hello @swellRN Thank you for sharing your perspective. We understand the importance of accurate guest ratings for hosts when making informed decisions. Owners are encouraged to submit feedback and custom guest ratings promptly after each stay.

@evolveVR should be ashamed for automatically giving every guest a 5-star review. If you can’t review guests honestly, you shouldn’t review them at all. Blanket 5-star guest reviews do a real disservice to hosts who later deal with bad guests and rely on accurate feedback.

@EvolveVR why was my 5 star listing “resigned” today? My cleaner was notified but I have not been contacted. I can only “chat” with a specialist and after typing with 3 people Evolve booked my home for 888 days. I have no idea if my current reservations will be paid out!
