A little about the Expedition Society Journal: It is a men’s lifestyle magazine with a mission to defend western civilization. We publish tales of danger and discovery, written for explorers, mercenaries, misfits, and madmen. We cover a variety of subjects from accounts of African warlords fighting communists, to cocktail recipes, to personal memoirs about fatherhood (which we did this past June to celebrate fatherhood). Our vision is to combat the marxist narratives that are pervasive in academia and popular culture. We are looking for a variety of voices from the Right to contribute their thoughts and help us explore our culture and aid in our mission to defend western civilization. If you are interested in contributing please send us a DM. ExpeditionSocietyJournal.com Thank you for your time, Jamie (Founder, Editor)

BREAKING: Heavily armed US Capitol Police officers are RACING to a reported shooting in the vicinity of a high-ranking US government official in Washington, DC’s Navy Yard The black SUV seen in the video is an armored Chevrolet Suburban used by leaders of Congress and members of the President’s cabinet. It is UNCLEAR if this was a targeted attack, but the alleged shooter is NOT in custody, and police are searching the area. I personally witnessed that official be EXTRACTED via undercover Capitol Police officers, protected by uniformed officers carrying long rifles I will not name the official without their express permission, as I don’t want to dox their home. Other officers can be seen sweeping the area for evidence like shell casings. Will update when I have more details.

@ExxAlerts The electric chair or lethal injection is not good enough. Even inmate justice isn’t good enough. He must be publicly executed.

ALERT: Jury broke down in tears today while footage of Tanner Horner killing 7-year-old Athena Strand was played. They were also shown footage of Horner telling his boss that he had “thrown up” in the truck, requesting the same vehicle the next day. The footage of the abduction reportedly showed Horner dropping off a package, a Barbie Christmas gift. Horner allegedly picked up Athena and placed her in the back of the FedEx truck and closed the door. He is then seen whispering something to her as she is moved from the back of the truck to the front. Athena then asks, “Are you a kidnapper?” Horner told her to sit down and not scream, or he would hurt her. Seeing this caused some of her family members to leave the courtroom. Horner then covered the camera so only audio could be heard. After trying to make conversation about how old Athena was, where she goes to school, Horner says, “You're really pretty. You know that?” Horner then asked Athena to take off her shirt. She said “No” and asked for her mom. Athena was then heard crying, screaming, and loud banging was coming from the back of the truck, according to local reports. Athena's parents, Jacob Strand and Maitlyn Gandy, have both testified in the trial, but they did not sit in the courtroom while the video was played. After cleaning the back of the truck with some kind of spray and a roll of paper towels, Horner was heard on the phone, claiming he had eaten bad food and gotten sick, and requesting the same FedEx truck the next day.

@ExpeditionSoc @ResistWire Actually I don’t think all truck drivers are dumb, just the shitskin that just scammed his way into a semi. I remember as a kid, all truck drivers were White dudes. But even so, there were far fewer of them on the road back then.

@Dark_Asgard_ Companies that hire these drvers should be sued out of existence. And not just the companies, the people who approve the hiring also have liability.

I think they just need more robust screening for CDLs. You probably think all truckers are dumb dumbs but we should have an IQ threshold for getting a CDL. A lot of truckers are highly capable people, but it’s scary seeing how stupid some drivers are. I’m speaking from personal experience. Some people should not be in a truck.

@TCNetwork This is basically what muslim apologists say during street preaching encounters to try to convert Christians.

The people in charge don't want you to know this, but Muslims love Jesus. Islam reveres Him as a major prophet and messenger of the Lord, believes He performed miracles, and states that He will return to Earth to defeat the Antichrist. That's why Donald Trump's painting depicting himself as the Son of God offended the president of Iran. It was an attack on his religion as well as Christianity. Today's Morning Note newsletter covers Masoud Pezeshkian's condemnation of Trump's “desecration of Jesus,” the Iran War's gutting effects on America's housing market, Colombia's plan to murder Pablo Escobar's hippopotami, and more. @CollinRugg I think we will soon find out this guy was actually not in the military. Don’t take what he says as fact. He also thinks he’s a magical detective from a novel.

@9mmsmg Grizzly is now putting out nic pouches. If you dip, this is the way. Also come in 12mg and of course lower doses as well.

I'm seeing a lot of people trying nicotine for the first time in their 20s and 30s with nicotine pouches. As someone who uses them daily, I'm going to just tell you, it's a bad idea to start. Nicotine is great, in lower doses. That's the caveat here, the lower dosing. There's been a lot of studies regarding it's use as a nootropic and through my own personal usage, I'll say the benefits are real. Nicotine acts primarily as an agonist at nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in the brain, modulating neurotransmitters like acetylcholine and dopamine It can improve alertness, memory, and even cognitive processing speed. There are studies showing it can also improve cognitive function to a degree in people with reduced function. The stuff simply works. Here's the problem: It's quite addictive and in the doses most people use, it does pose some cardiovascular risk. Anecdotally, much of the perceived benefits are actually just observances made through the absence of nicotine, when you're addicted. During nicotine withdrawal, you may feel like your brain is foggy, and you're distracted. Adding nicotine to your body, you trick yourself into thinking it's a cure. In reality, you're just feeding the addiction and fixing the symptoms of withdrawal. This is the same reasons smokers smoke when they're stressed. The satiation of their nicotine addiction which was in part causing them stress, relieved the nicotine related stress. First thing in the morning, I pop a 6mg nicotine pouch. Every single day. The second thing I do is crack open a sugar free Red Bull. I simply don't feel "normal" until I have caffeine and nicotine in my body. This isn't normal or healthy, it's a chemical dependence of my own doing. Are pouches safer than smoking? Absolutely. Is it a nootropic? Yup. Does it curb appetite? Yup. Is it safer than vaping? Of course. But, it's not something I'd ever consider healthy. If you're not already addicted, don't start. Look at other alternatives. I go through about 30mg to 54mg of nicotine a day and without it, I'm craving it. I have friends who use 100mg + a day with 9mg pouches. At these doses, the juice just isn't worth the squeeze. Safer alternatives like caffeine or L-theanine exist. If you haven't started, don't. If you're already addicted to nicotine, it's definitely a far safer alternative to smoking, dipping and vaping IMO. There's just no reason to create a chemical dependency when you don't need to. Don't get tricked into addiction.
