@jguptallb Answer is yes & no. Can anyone enter supreme court? Are there checks & balances? If people treat religious places as tourist spot, it affects the decorum. Imagine if people visited supreme court halls as a tourist place. Will court be able to maintain decorum & function ?

#Hindus visits religious places of other religions all over the world - churches, gurdwara, mosques, etc. But then there are those who want to demean #Hinduism by following a very narrow approach.

@victory90148416 Get advocates out of family court, as intended in the family court act, the problem is not the black robes but the advocates themselves. There is a conflict of interest between an advocate and the litigants, an advocate makes money out of conflict.

@pbhushan1 Everyday parents are ruled out of children's life based on a narrative, tutoring of the children. This country fails to be fair, just to these children in the name of optics or fake sensitivity, not much can be expected from such a system.

@ChildNoProperty @jguptallb This is the problem, judiciary blaming police, police blaming judiciary. The end result is the public is suffering and these corrupt departments carryon they way they do. Indian population lacks critical thinking and is easy to distract from the root of the matter.

@jguptallb Yes there is a problem with the investigation agency and there is a problem with judges taking cognizance without applying their mind. There are few good judges who apply their mind within the same environment, so it can't be said there are too many cases, too few judges.

@ChildNoProperty @jguptallb I see the next wave of POSH cases of allowed. Women claiming colleagues/boss commenting/ suggesting something on their mensuration cycle. How will the company know if woman has hit menopause? Why do Indian women need this and not the women anywhere else in the world?

@jguptallb Bad argument. A company cannot determine if woman filed a false case. All they care about is work. If woman are given 1 holiday per month, work will be affected. Companies pay for work, that's the bottom line.
