@SmaxSSB gunner has some pretty wild counterpick potential since literally all of her specials are good but i think on the whole she'll continue to struggle against faster characters and falco. also the character is built for sociopaths that haven't learned its not ok to play like that

@VurJe it depends but that is also the archetype of character that overperforms on elite Link struggles due to speed issues, young link struggles due to a lack of raw killpower, toon link struggles due to playing like a box of defrosted mini-wheats on mood stabilizers

@flurryfrenzy i think it comes down to whatever country's spacie Guy was performing the best in the last month. If it's the US, Fox is the best If it's Canada, wolf is the best If you're japanese and fighting a lowtier, falco is the best

Thinking about doing a livestream as i approach 100k on YouTube. Thing is, due to the switch update yesterday, I can't do anything like an open arena until atmosphere is updated. Does anyone have any alternative ideas on what to do for a stream like that?

@ividboy @TierZoo @CAMIKAZE78 That's not really arbitrary though. The developers put dashback on that "timer" because they wanted there to be some commitment to moving quickly for a short period of time. You can disagree with that design choice but it wasn't done for no reason (see: they also took out pivots)

@TierZoo @CAMIKAZE78 Ultimate has dashdancing but it arbitrarily limits it to only being able to dash back near the end of the dash Just let me adjust my spacing with subtlety and speed

“Toxic casuals” in the gaming community who not only reject, but advocate for the removal of skill gaps in games have done more damage to gaming than any “try hard” ever has. Gaming casually is perfectly fine, but losing to those who take the time to learn, embrace, and master the mechanics of a game should be expected and accepted if you do play more casually.

@SmaxSSB i haven't updated but i did assume i was just locked out. Regardless, who's to say if i will be doing that stream within the next week or within the next month, so good to have some backup options anyways
