But since we all have an opinion , what advise would you give to a new F1 fan ?

@EthanLevins2 Not a good selling point for F35s. I get why they use F15Es. But the US is trying to sell the F35 as the ultimate fighter aircraft. So demonstrate it action. Every country shopping for F35s should be asking this same question. And then maybe changing their orders to F15s.

Why is the U.S. using F15’s? It’s 54 years old, there’s so many more advanced and stealth jets to use. I’m confused why they are using such ancient jets.

@dubsndoo It makes total sense when nearly half of Canada's population exists within that corridor. Just like Alberta should build high speed rail between Edmonton and Calgary with a stop in red deer. It's about creating an easily mobile population for employment and tourism.

Look, I get the argument for building high speed rail in a country like Japan where 125 million people are crammed into a country no bigger than Montana, but to build one that would only service a few million people in the Toronto Montreal corridor is clearly insane.

@HillF1 Could this have been resolved earlier with more preseason testing like we used to have? More cars on track running race simulations in testing vs subjecting the fans to 3 races & then figuring it out? Time to return to more extensive testing, at least at the start of a reg set.

I think we have a safety issue. Cars suddenly slowing at high speed is highly dangerous.

@F1JayyUK He comment "I can't control it" is the mosty worrying part. The drivers will adapt to almost anything, but they need to control it. Not AI software or anything else. If you take the control away from the driver's you might as well go driverless.

Pretty damning from Lando this is. “Honestly some of the racing, I didn’t even want to overtake Lewis. It’s just that my battery deploys, I don’t want it to deploy, but I can’t control it. So, I overtake him, and then I have no battery left, so he just flies past. This is not racing, this is yo-yoing. Even though he [Hamilton] says it’s not, it is yo-yoing.”

@AntonioSabatoJr Ah yes, the era of flip phones, Pentium computers, & windows vista. Let's go backwards because its always better. Sound awesome. Yeah. Do I want V10s & refuelling today? No. Fuel saving & unreliability & wide performance differences made for a lot of boring racing then too.

V10 Formula 1 the real sound for a real race car and this was a real season, not like this season’s batteries 🪫 BS & idiotic regulations.

@Verstappenn_ The cars still need to come down in size. Just because they are smaller than the previous boats doesn't make them great. They're still bloated. Another 6-8% reduction is size is needed. I have no problem with the mixed power unit. They just need to fix the balance & deployement

I just want to know who at F1 & the Fia who decided in 2022 that no we’re not going back to Naturally aspirated v10 or v8s on sustainable fuel, we’re going to go for 1.5l v6 turbos with 50% battery that runs out on a long straight. Should be sacked! The cars and aero are stunning. The engines ruining it all. Embarrassing regulation set.

@GOWENYT Nope. I've seen so many drivers come and go over the past 50 years. I miss Villeneuve, senna, Mansell, hakkinen. I won't miss Max's driving style or attitude. I will continue to enjoy seeing the youngsters in the sport develop into champions along with more reputable champions

Max Verstappen is that driver that so many people hate, but will eventually miss him when he’s left the sport for a few years They just don’t realize yet, how boring F1 will be when he’s gone

@MV33Racing The sport will be just fine without him. There will always be another great driver to watch.

Max Verstappen warned them back in 2023, but the FIA/F1 didn't listen. Now the sport has turned into an unsafe, chaotic Battery Championship, and they risk losing the best driver on the grid in his prime. Well done FIA/F1 👏

The decision of @AudiOfficial to join @fia #F1 was dependant on the FIA bringing a greater electrical energy dependancy to the sport - which has, in my opinion, ruined the sport. No team should have this leverage, no matter how much money they have to spend 😡😡😡

@F1BigData He would be the embarrassment. Every champion has had to adapt to regulation sets, even if they were unfavourable to them or the sport. Throwing a hissy fit on the way out the door is not champion like.

If Verstappen retires because of the new engines, it would possibly be one of the biggest embarrassments ever committed by Formula 1

@AntonioSabatoJr So you are comparing a car in the final year of a reg set (when the cars have been optimized for those regs) to a car within the first 3 races of a major reg change (one of the biggest in history) where the teams are still figuring things out?

This 2026 F1 season is truly the worst in history.

If I was F1, I'd also 100% be cutting away from the onboards at those derate points. It's the only play they have that makes sense

@JayGenXer 4 weeks ago gas was $1.22/L where I am. What did the liberals change in the last 4 weeks to make prices go so high? Curious. It's apparently their fault. So what Liberal policy change in the past 4 weeks made these prices jump (BTW, it's $1.70 where I live now).

Took a break after a long day of incredible real motor racing, only to unfortunately discover that the team was disqualified afterward due to a tire set mistake. That is part of sport, rules are there for a reason and must be respected. Despite this, no one can take away the experience and the joy the team shared, including the millions of fans around the world who tuned in and enjoyed this fantastic event. On to Mario Kart in Japan, and hopefully back to NLS3 in April at the Nürburgring.
