i know this is a bait post but i just realized that even if we disregard the movies we’ve technically gotten multiple new models LOL

@Pengumatu @NumberJuan9 @NotSoGenesiz That does make literally calling it a "new model" technically wrong, but it IS turning it into a slightly different style or design. And for many it would be enough (as long as it also gets a new rig because the rig actually sucks lmao)

@Pengumatu @NumberJuan9 @NotSoGenesiz (These are both edits of the Frontiers model) A "new model" doesn't inherently have to be literally rebuilt from scratch; sampling different songs or using the same chord progression with a new melody can still be a new song. A different house can be made on the same foundation.

@Pengumatu @NumberJuan9 @NotSoGenesiz But even just these tweaks would still make it count as a "new model" to many, because while the structure is still mostly the same, the changes to the shape still make it feel more fresh and new.

In fact, with how similar the topology is, many parts of the Superstars model are probably direct edits of the Generations one with some parts being remodeled.

@StormDash_10 He took somebody's pro-trans art and used AI to edit it into being an american flag instead, saying "fixed it". That is a blatantly, directly hateful gesture. Also, they are not "an artist" as you refer to them in the relpies. They used AI. There is zero creation of art in that.

Here’s a problem I’ve had that I’ve mentioned before. Not too long ago, a follower of mine was needlessly harassed over an opinion. The defense? “It’s just fanart” or “Just a head canon”. You want those, that’s fine. But the type of people who say this are also the type to harass others over different beliefs. Including Sonic holding an American flag. So, two straight characters head canoned as gay is “just fanart” but Sonic with an American Flag is “hatred”. Then these people wonder why they don’t get taken seriously. And I’ve seen the excuses. “America is ran by corruption”. “ICE are terrorists”. “It’s AI”. “Always a Sally fan”. Never a real argument, just hatred, lies and straw men. The hypocrisy is insane and quite frankly, I’m getting tired of having to be nice about it. Some of you people really need help. But I am going to be nice enough not to show any names this time. Use this as an opportunity to improve yourself as a person.
