I think someone should build the "HubSpot for longevity." I find myself going to @FountBio for coaching/supplements, @InsideTracker for blood, @prenuvo for scans, a concierge doctor for break/fix, etc. I want to go to one place for all of this and more. I want an application that links into my Whoop or iWatch and tracks everything. I want a community where I can learn stuff, that centralizes all the latest @hubermanlab et al stuff, that has coaches, that has the world's best longevity conference, etc. I want to go to a trainer that is "certified" by this company. I hope someone builds this. Let me know...


I believe the benefits of a sauna, primarily driven by activating the heat shock response, are likely replicable in steam rooms and even hot baths. Each modality has its own heat and duration 'parameters,' but the underlying principle remains the same. Personally, I use my 20-minute sauna sessions as a benchmark. If you're familiar with how that feels, you can use it as a baseline to get a likely comparable heat shock response.
