@TeamYouTube hey, there's a slight issue with my YouTube app. It seems this pop up no longer goes away when I skip the ad. Since this is absolutely horrendous design I expect a large company like YouTube to know better than to do, i can only assume this is a bug. Fix it please!

@PresNevins @TheBobPony Anti-theft. Google activation lock. Aside from things that egregiously violate legal agreements (people not returning their DTKs), and devices that are too old to reasonably use today anyways, Apple has not once refused activation for a device.

Apple’s new M5 MacBook Air and M5 MacBook Pro has a soft brick bug that occurs after attempting to factory reset. When the activation screen appears, there’s no WiFi icon in the menu, making it impossible to pass the activation. The solution? Use a USB C to Ethernet adapter! 🫠
