Channels actively creating fetish cartoons for children are on the platform, fully monetized, and not age restricted. This is how the internet dies.

While everything seems promising, I would still be cautious as always. Scanning your face to go on social media is absurd and an invasion of privacy. Discord will have to work hard to find a verification method to make government boomers happy while respecting our privacy.

I just want to clarify before twitter goes wild. This message is a hoax. Discord's age verification system mainly stops minors from joining porn/nsfw servers/channels. If you don't use Discord for porn/nsfw channels, you will not have to age verify. (1/3)
