.@discord's moderation system is horribly broken. The largest Roblox Discord server (1.67m members) had one of their managers permanently banned for impersonation (I assume "Discord" and "Support" tripped up Discord's AI moderation). And a week after appealing, denied.

If a staff member of one of the largest Discord servers can't get an appeal (for an obvious false-flag), then I can only assume everyone else is getting shafted. (btw discord degenerates will mass report people they don't like due to drama and this problem will just get worse)

Discord is experimenting with increasing the File Upload Size Limits for free users. We've seen reports ranging from 15MB to 20MB and even 25MB. Due to the way this is being rolled out, we're unable to confirm if there are any additional size limits being trialed right now.

I spent the past two years building a team dedicated to identifying predators and groomers on the platform. We've found over half a million and counting. This change prevents developers from banning them from their games. This update will break cross-game data stores, including ban lists. Safety systems like EASI identify accounts through user IDs. If that ID isn't consistent across games, our system can't identify them. Everyone needs to speak out against this.

Discord is changing partnered server transfers to combat scamming towards users with the rare badge / server. Good change. But hopefully there's something coming next for scammers who add 2FA to lock owners out of their accounts :)

I love how people are just reacting to the image and not reading the post. This update: - stops random users (who don't play the game) from joining the Discord to troll/DM users (kids) - allows bans to be linked, so banned Roblox users are banned from the Discord. Good update

@OriginalTaizun @DiscordPreviews Considering that Discord has their "social SDK" that allows devs to put Discord voice and messaging into their game, this probably will be the next step.

@DiscordPreviews I remember having fun playing with that in TS3 15 years ago. Then the fun wore off 3 minutes later, and back to normal stereo voip I went. I only really see this being useful in combination with an SDK that game devs can implement.

Discord is adding Spatial Audio support for voice channels, so you can hear your friends as if you were talking next to each other!

@TeamYouTube I’ve been replying to those emails. You guys haven’t provided any information on what is causing the violation. No timestamps, nothing. On my end, it’s like trying to prove you are innocent without knowing what you are guilty of. This is fucking crazy man…

@TeamYouTube Someone filed a false privacy complaint and got my video taken down. I tried appealing, and of course, got denied. I censored everyone's faces in the video EXCEPT an exhibitionist who publicly posted their IP camera link across multiple websites.

@TeamYouTube I replied back and it doubled down on the violation and didn’t even clarify what I did wrong. What the fuck guys

And just to reiterate, the exhibitionist posted his camera links on nudity forums, DeviantArt, Plex, and even on this godforsaken platform twitter itself. Everything is made publicly available by the wiener-wielding man himself.

I initially was concerned that the exhibitionist decided to stop and put his clothes back on. But his IP camera link is still available and I saw him jorking his peanits just this morning! So please get someone to look into this <3
