Serenity 最近在研究一种选股方法，我觉得含金量极高，尤其对关注港股和 A 股的投资者很有参考价值。
这个方法叫 NAV 折价选股法。
NAV 是净资产价值（Net Asset Value）。如果一家母公司持有子公司的大量股权，而母公司自身的市值，远低于它手里那些股权的市场价格，这个差距就叫 NAV 折价。
打个比方：你花 100 块买了一家公司，但这家公司的钱包里装着价值 300 块的股票——这就是 3 倍的 NAV 折价。
Serenity 扫描了台湾、韩国、中国多个市场，逐一点评了她看到的机会，以下是关键结论：
最看好的标的：台湾纬创（Wistron，台股代码 3231）
她说这是她自 $SIVE（瑞典硅光子）以来见过的最好机会之一。
纬创市值约 162 亿美元，今年一季度营收同比增长 144%，本身增速就已经极为惊人。更重要的是，纬创持有子公司纬颖科技（Wiwynn，台股，AI 服务器代工龙头）35.46% 的股权，而这部分股权的市值，约等于纬创自身市值的 0.66 倍。
也就是说，买纬创，相当于以六六折买到了纬颖的股权，纬创自身的 AI 服务器业务还是免费附赠的。
最值得中国投资者关注的两个名字：$ACMR 和 WUS
$ACMR（ACM Research，美股）的 A 股关联公司是盛美上海（688082，科创板，半导体清洗设备龙头）。$ACMR 是美股上市的母公司，盛美上海是其在中国的核心运营主体。Serenity 指出，$ACMR 即将在港股分拆上市子公司，而且它是她扫描到的所有案例中，NAV 折价最深、同时子公司独立成长性最强的标的之一。
WUS（华通电脑，台股，PCB 基板）同样即将分拆港股子公司，且目前有一位"高度成功的激进投资者"正在对其施压，要求推动价值释放。Serenity 认为最终可能会达成某种中间方案，折价有望收窄。
她表示考虑在本周一（6月23日）加仓这两个标的。
其他她扫描到但不太看好的案例：
台湾中美矽晶（5483）持有环球晶圆（6488）46.64% 的股权，折价极深，但中美矽晶自身增长缓慢，折价可能长期不收窄。
韩国的 Iljin Holdings（持有变压器/直流电缆相关子公司）和 Simmtech Holdings（持有 PCB 基板子公司）折价更夸张，Simmtech Holdings 折价超过 6 倍。但 Serenity 明确说：她不信任韩国的公司治理，这类机会更适合做股东维权的激进投资者，普通投资者很难等到折价收窄的那天。
这个方法对 A 股投资者有什么用？
A 股里 NAV 折价的结构非常普遍，尤其在大型集团类公司中。核心判断标准只有两条：
第一，折价要足够深，安全边际才够厚。
第二，子公司要有独立的高速增长，否则折价只是数字游戏，可能永远不会兑现。
只有折价、没有成长，往往是价值陷阱。两者兼备，加上外部催化剂（分拆上市、激进投资者施压、管理层回购），才是真正的机会。

In terms of personal notes: 1. Priortech owns 21% of $CAMT, ~1.35x their MC, seems more like holding co. 2. Bit Digital people kept shouting, but NAV discount is not clean $WYFI, lot of dilution + not AI parent. 3. Wistron (3231) is the best one I've seen since $SIVE + Ayar + Wiwynn are one of my favorite trio. ~$16.2B MC, Q1 revenue up a ridiculous amount with 144% Y/Y growth. Owns 35.46% of Wiwynn, which is ~0.66x of MC. I'd expect Wiwynn to keep on growing. 4. Sin-American Silicon 5483 does own 46.64% of GlobalWafers (6488). MC is $3.5B, stake value is ~$7.9B, but not exactly growing too fast independently, though it's heavily trading heavily discount to NAV. 5. Iljin Holdings owns 42.99% of Iljin Electric, it's ~$0.22B MC vs. ~$1.13B NAV holding. This was transformer/cable DC related. But again idk if I trust korean stocks for NAV unlock, probably better for activist investors. 6. Simmtech Holdings was ~$0.17B MC vs. ~$1.0B of parent, which also looks ridiculous. So 6x+ NAV. PCB substrate related name. Also another prob don't trust korean governance type name. I think both $ACMR and WUS have H-Share subsidiary listing soon, and those were the biggest NAV discounts with independent growth. Then you have a highly successful activist going after WUS so I'd expect some middle ground there. So maybe I'll put more concentration into those on top of what I already own Monday, we'll see. And Wistron was growing very fast independently. I'm still doing research, normally this goes in shower thoughts since I haven't formally made a conclusion, but thought others might be interested.

I finally found a new stock that looks very attractive.
It's a small cap supplier to the Aerospace, Space, Semiconductor and Medical industry.
Some confirmed customers include: $TSM, $GE, $BA, $AIR, $UMC and $ASE.
Some unconfirmed but highly likely customers are: $SPCX, $ASML, $INTC, Samsung, Blue Origin, and NASA.
Healthy gross profit margin and great revenue growth. A monopoly in Space and Aerospace, best in-class in the semiconductor industry.
Some stability in the Aerospace and Medical sector, some massive growing opportunities in the Space and Semiconductor industry.
Only problem, it's a Japanese firm and I don't have any experience with the Japanese stock market.
Can anyone with experience explain me the do's and dont's of this market?
You don't have to take guesses, I searched the stock on X and no one talked about it yet.

한국의 전력 BOP 밸류체인이 1분기 실적 시즌 이후에 꽤 의미있는 조정을 받았습니다. 이제 약 한달후면 다음 실적으로 섹터방향성을 확인할 시점이고, 글로벌 전력 섹터 전체에 정말 큰 분수령이 될 것으로 봅니다. 특히, 미국 대장 GEV의 실적이 전체적으로 섹터의 방향성을 결정할 것으로 보고 있습니다.
해외: GE 버노바 1분기 매출 16% 성장, 수주 183억 달러, 가스파워 설비 백로그가 한 분기 만에 62GW에서 83GW로 늘었습니다. 이제 분수령은 7월 23일 2분기 실적입니다. 가스터빈 연산 20GW 생산능력 램프업이 3분기 변곡점에 실제로 도달하는지, 2분기 신규 수주 10~15GW 가이던스를 채우는지가 핵심 체크포인트입니다.
국내: 한국 BOP 밸류체인인 변압기, 중전기 4사의 흐름이 그대로 이어질지 주목해야 합니다. HD현대일렉트릭, LS일렉트릭, 효성중공업 등 전력기기주는 5~6월 사이 숨고르기 구간을 거쳤고, 이제 2분기 실적 시즌을 앞두고 다시 주목받는 흐름입니다. LS나 가온, 대한 같은 전선주들도 상당한 선전을 하지 않을까 생각합니다.
사실 펀더멘털만 보면 조정의 이유를 찾기 어렵습니다. 효성중공업은 1분기에 연간 수주 목표의 50%를 이미 채웠고, HD현대일렉트릭도 43%를 채웠습니다. LS일렉트릭은 데이터센터향 수주가 빠르게 늘면서 연간 가이던스 상향 가능성이 거론되고 있습니다. 즉 이번 조정은 펀더멘털 훼손이 아니라 단기 차익실현과 밸류에이션 부담에 따른 되돌림 성격이 강하다고 판단합니다.
이제 유념해야 할 포인트들
1. 글로벌 전력 대장주인 GE 버노바 2분기 가스파워 수주, 가격 반영 속도
1) 가스터빈 연산 20GW 생산능력 램프업이 실제로 3분기 변곡점에 도달하는지
2) 2분기 가스파워 신규 수주 10~15GW 가이던스 충족 여부
3) 가격 상승분(전분기 대비 10~20% 높은 달러/kW)이 매출에 본격 반영되기 시작하는지
2. 국내 4사의 2분기 수주 가이던스 상향 여부
3. 북미 변압기 리드타임 장기화(3년 이상)가 실적에 본격 반영되는 시점의 도래
크게 세 가지가 확인되면 지금의 조정은 밸류에이션 재정렬 과정이었다는 해석에 힘이 실릴 것이고, 반대로 흔들리면 AI 데이터센터발 전력 수요 슈퍼사이클 내러티브 자체를 재검증해야 할 것입니다.
해외와 국내 BOP가 같은 사이클, 같은 분수령을 공유하고 있다는 점에서 관련 종목 전체를 리스트업하시고 꼼꼼히 챙겨보셔야 합니다.

전선들, 변압기들 업황이 계속 좋아지는 추세지만 단기간에 많이 올라서 좀들 쉬셔야 더 멀리 갈수 있지 않을까? 라는 단편적인 생각을 좀 해봤습니다. 각자의 현명한 판단으로 가지고 계신 자산의 무한증식을 기원해봅니다 🙏🙏🙏

SINCE INCEPTION anytime $ETH weekly RSI went below 32 it marked the bottom of it's bear market. 3 out of 3 times with 100% accuracy. This means if you started to DCA once it broke below this level you would have had a cost basis very close to the exact low of each cycle.
We are currently at this level in confluence with a 6 year ascending support since covid that has caused major upside thrust's anytime this level was hit.
I think we are very close to a big move to the upside. You follow history until it changes. Especially with this level of accuracy.
The most rewarding acknowledgement here is each accumulation phase has shortened each cycle reducing the amount of days from pivot low to pivot high. Telling us a big move will come very soon. This aligns with my thesis that $BTC will bottom by September.

이대로 $MU 어닝 전까지 좋은 가격 상승을 유지한다는 전제하에 :
어닝 이후 가격 상승이 이대로 유지될 수 있을까에 대해 생각해 보자면
아마 어닝은 사람들의 예상대로 좋은 결과가 나올 거라고 생각합니다.
하지만 조정의 빌미를 줄 수 있는 게 뭐가 있을까에 대해 생각해 보면, 아마 어닝콜 내용 중 증설 및 capex에 대한 내용이 언급됨에 따라 조정이 발생할 수 있을 거라고 생각합니다.
과도한 증설은 메모리 가격의 하락을 만들기 때문입니다. 다만 이걸 메모리 기업들은 알고 있기 때문에 적절하게 할 것으로 예상됩니다.
하지만 시장이 반응하는 건 다른 문제이기 때문에 셀 더 뉴스가 될 수도 있을 것 같아요.
물론 그 딥이 발생하게 된다면 매수 기회라고도 생각합니다.
그냥 한 번 예상 시나리오를 한 번 생각해 봤네요. 물론 틀릴 수 있습니다!🫡

개인적인 생각은 어닝 전까지 저는 $MU 잘 갈 거라고 일단 보고 있습니다. 시총이 큰 것도 있지만 그동안 다른 메모리 기업들에 비해 못 가기도 했는데 어닝이 다가오고 있다는 점이 그래도 큰 상승을 만들어주지 않을까 싶네요🤔

$AAOI newbies better get used to volatility. Had 8 people DM me asking if I'm still holding. Yes I am holding and even added a tiny bit below 160 again. First the CPO "delay" narrative that actually helps AAOI as they're better positioned in NPO caused a dip...now I'm not quite sure whats causing it but i believe 90% likely they are able to ramp as planned or pretty close to it. None of this phases me.

A chart with no major dips, relatively steady climb, and focused on AI is ultra rare and testament to skills, not luck
Also a fan of him not picking microcaps, so almost no market influence from his posts, unlike some other X accounts we know
