On April 4-5, a bug in the token unlock logic caused a small number of unlock events to incorrectly credit  addresses with excess $SWAP balances. The issue stemmed from a narrow race condition where an unlock and its expiry check resolved in the same epoch something that only occurred in 2 out of 21 unlock events during that window. Our team identified the root cause, deployed a fix to prevent future occurrences, and has now pushed a follow-up patch that retroactively corrects all affected balances. No user action is required. The fix is publicly documented in GitHub
