@CoachDanGo Thats why yoyoing is so easy to over look. You can be strict and locked in for months, but a bad week or two and all that progress is gone.
They call it a cheat meal, not a cheat day

@Rajatsoni Diversity is key, throwing everything in one basket can ruin you. Why not both to hedge risk?
Btc 📈
S&p 📈
Though, agreed bitcoin is a very attractive buy at current price and market sentiment
English

Bitcoin only, everything else is a distraction
There are people out there who are seriously considering selling their Bitcoin (it's down 40%) for the S&P 500 (at an all-time high)
They see that the S&P 500 is going up in the short term, so they forget that Bitcoin represents freedom
They don't actually understand Bitcoin
They put 0 hours into studying it - all they read are headlines
They're just after more dollars
They don't care about self sovereign money that can never be confiscated
They don't care about getting away from central banks
All they care about is getting more fiat
They have shiny object syndrome
They will be back in a few years when Bitcoin is at $250K+

@MarkoCirix @X How long have you been building? Trying to get the word out there is the toughest part. But let your work speak for itself as that is the greatest growth mechanism 📈

@CoachDanGo 4) Minimal flexibility.
If you can't touch your toes, start stretching. As you age you lose this elasticity and can lead to injury.
English

@JorgeMvrfil Checking in. Claude+cursor has shaved a lot of time off development

@therealthom_ You got this mate, we all start somewhere. Consistency is key 💙📈🫡

@FitnessEmpiree Give me some ice cream. Adding that to any shake makes it much better, now make it zero sugar and zero calories? Sign me up

@ThePeterMick Nothing like spending 4 straight hours on one bug and think it was only 1 hour that passed

More debugging and finishing up the macro tracker this weekend.
Then continuing on the community section. It's amazing how much detail goes into social
apps, between DMs, reporting, moderation, profiles...just when you think you're close there's twelve more things that pop up 😂

@CoachDanGo It's wild seeing people in my age range look 25 or 55 simply depending on if they made healthy choices or not in their 20s and 30s.
It shows people -- your body is your best asset, take care of it
English

Once you hit 40 you start to see the age of 2 types of people:
1. Those who took care of themselves.
2. Those who didn't.
ZUBY:@ZubyMusic
People age over time, obviously. But a lot of what people call 'aging' is massively accelerated by years of bad decisions when it comes to food, drink, (lack of) exercise, and other habits. You can stay in really good shape for a really long time. But you have to try.
