It wasn't perfect, but there was a lot to like going forwards. Personally I'd play Guehi over Konsa moving forwards, but what do I know!

England’s defending is hilariously bad. So square. Pickford’s insistence on pissing around with it because he thinks he’s some ball playing centre mid causes constant issues or he just gives it away. James & Konza get caught flat repeatedly. Rice can’t press. Bellingham anonymous

A few days in & I actually feel super disconnected with the tournament. I genuinely think the lack of a highlights show for the overnight games has been one of the worst decisions. Especially when you’re driven to the BBC website for highlights but the results are there.

The build up has been horrendous: the stunning FIFA greed, the political nonsense, the disgraceful scenes at airports with teams & refs, pricing out real fans, & all the other terrible stuff. But the first national anthem sung from the rafters & I’m buzzing like I was 10 again!

@LauraRbnsn I’ve travelled extensively in the US and I’ve had some great food don’t get me wrong, but always towards the end of the trip I am tired of it. Over processed, crazy portion sizes, just that general ‘fake’ feeling about so many meals. I can’t imagine eating it every day.

Here's the shock. The decision to sack Edwards was made weeks ago and Wolves have been actively seeking a new Coach in that timeframe. A Coach that will happily come to a Championship club and that would be 100% behind Fosun. Make of that what you will.

@OliverRender @nfluk_tickets I've been going to Spurs stadium since the beginning but the cheapest Eagles tickets were £220 and Wembley tickets were about £120, so I decided to go to Wembley instead (and the Titans are one of 5 teams I haven't yet seen live). The price hikes year on year are unsustainable.

Can't actually believe how badly the Texans v Jaguars game has sold. Over a week of the general sale and this is a snap shot of what the stadium looks like. Gone are the days of selling out the first day, people voting with their feet and staying away due to price.

Not the best day ever..... Today I had another scan of my brain followed by further discussions with the neuro-oncology team who continue their wonderful care. There seems to be further progression of my brain tumour (glioblastoma) affecting brain functioning (as me and a few close friends can feel/see). Whilst it is a bit disappointing, in the big picture it's not the end of the road and I’ve got more to do! I love and enjoy challenges. I certainly haven't stopped yet. Hopefully I can share more special times with family and friends, and continue to advocate for cancer patients.

@OmegaLuke Wolves shirts always look class. I prefer the Wolf crest rather than the city crest though. The wolf crest is one of the best looking club crests there is, and it's quite unique.

I'm neither happy or unhappy about Andre staying and that says a lot about the state of the club and what its done to me. Could possibly be a different, better player with a more suitable style of play, but is that in Edwards' locker? Needs to improve massively for me.
