@SiClancy Just get rid of var. Football was better without it. More than often the refs on the pitch got it right, and if they got it slightly wrong there was more acceptance in comparison to var mistakes.

Mint is the best thing I’ve seen on TV this year. Part Romeo & Juliet, part Shane Meadows, part crime drama, part love story, partly shot on Super 8 and directed by Charlotte Regan who made the brilliant Scrapper, it’s beautifully made telly. Emma Laird & Loyle Carner are great.
