@NursingNotesUK In Scotland the NHS have a National Policy. It has been a saving as far as I was aware. It was introduced in Partnership with the Trade Unions and through consultation with NHS staff. It works here and suitable for all roles.

Just received an email from the @rcn president informing me that tomorrow I will be asked to vote on AGM resolutions but no details of the resolutions. Sounds like they don't want RCN activists to campaign on them before the vote starts. I suspect they may be controversial.
