Apart from JJ team was very quiet and accepting of going 3-1 down. No obvious captains out there.

@NGIanElrond @PTAlanSwann Agree with you, not impressed with Williams yet, he doesn't seem able to influence a game or willing to change his tactics. High line, long ball over the top, offside saved us 4-5 times in the first half but no changes in the 2nd half and paid for it.

@InvestTortoise Big drop in Oct 25 was due to a group of agents launching a £1b. litigation claim for unfair practices. Made the market nervous. AI has just added to that. Don't understand why the local newspapers don't try and compete online as most buyers will be local.

Rightmove #RMV has seen a big share price decline. How would AI disrupt #RMV? Would it scour estate agent websites and effectively reproduce what Rightmove does? Maybe. Feels quite hypothetical at the moment. What do others think?

@Trader__007 I have taken a position. 13% dividend with the ex divi dates only 3 months apart, May to August, so am hoping for a share price rise as we go toward May. But see little point in holding for the 5 months after August.

@tonywatsonm Interesting comment from Robert Forrester the other day, that if they want to avoid the fines for not hitting EV targets then manufacturers will have to delay selling petrol and diesel ranges to force that ratio up to 28%.

BEV (Battery Electric Vehicles) registrations 11 months YTD are 426,209. However their 22.7% year-to-date market share still falls significantly short of the 28% annual government target. Budget proposals of pence per mile charges will likely further adversely affect demand.

@InvestTortoise @equity_research Do you do the same with other Co's?. I have just done a quick calculation on P Miton as they report this week and estimate 6% down since mid September. Interested to see how accurate that is.

#ALPH very good results. Net Cash £217.5m (5th of Mkt Cap). ShareScope has fwd p/e 32.3 falling to 27.7 and fwd Divvy 0.7% each of next 2 years; strip out cash it's not so high. It might work. I don't hold.
