Divarasib, nový KRAS G12C inhibitor. Studie fáze I, 137 pacientů (60 NSCLC, 55 CRC). Výsledky: NSCLC ORR 53%, mPFS 13,1 m; CRC ORR 29%, mPFS 5,6 m; jiné ORR 36%. Bezpečnost: žádná DLT, grade 3-4 u 12%, nejčastěji průjem 4%, elevace JT 3%. Slibný efekt, nízká tixicita. @NEJM
