So the story is: she went to a skiing place in Vilnius, paid for the tickets, and then started chimping out because she suddenly realized they were 'expensive', so she wanted a refund. You can't be that slow when it comes to statistics? When there is a large population of any group of people, that is disproportionately in poverty in that same area, you get to see a lot of dysfunctional stuff. If your logic was true communities outside Chicago, let's say like Flossmoor, which percentage wise has a much higher black American representation. Yet they don't have these problems. So the only difference between those two populations is not race, it's income. Therein lays your primary agitating factor. Try logic next time.
