Save for Protected Health Information, medical officers are obliged to offer, at least the basic minimum details of what exactly happened. We risk allowing casualness into medical practice if we don’t demand standards. That hospital would be a crime scene under normal circumstances.

Dear @NIRA_Ug, at Nsangi sub-county, one has to pay 20k to collect their National ID. If you don't pay, they punish you by letting you stand for the whole day and later in the evening they tell you that your ID isn't with them.
