Hey @astoundconnects I’m astounded at how terrible your customer service is. My Internet’s been out since 6pm & I was on hold for more than 30 min w customer service to tell me nothing. No reason why, no idea when it’ll be back up. You can at least list outages on your website.

Oh look @CMLewisGeorgeW4! The 6900 block of 8th St NW is freshly repaved and @DDOTDC forgot the markings for the speed bumps in the #bikedc lane *again.* several other contraflows in Ward 1 & 3 have proper markings. Why can’t they spare a little paint for Ward 4?
