My hammer curl is at 90lbs for 3x6.

The next day after that milkshake, i woke up leaner, wider, healthier and my hair looked better.
Although i also ate spicy Korean noodles (500cal) and other stuff after it.
I'm a machine lmao.

@Cowboyyamnaya Btw, made a milkshake yesterday with powdered milk (didn't use it in forever), & i accidentally poured what happens to be the equivalent of 3 liters, used 1.5 cups of oats, 3 tbsp peanut butter, 15-30g cacao, 1 large banana and i thought it would be overkill w what i already ate

It's just that i skip them sometimes because my pull day is usually intense and deadlifts already kill me before the other exercises begin.
